Whilst serving in the military as a Royal Marine Commando 10 years ago, I was suddenly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes which unfortunately led to the medical discharge of my active service.
This sudden change in lifestyle left me out of shape, feeling depressed and confused about the best approach to take to reclaim my identity.
After trying pretty much every diet out there and receiving very vague information from GP's, I decided to take complete ownership over my diagnosis and became a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist that specialises in Diabetes.
Alongside what I do, I'm also a father to two wonderful children, Anchaura and Forest, who are my "why" everyday.
To this date, we have helped over 4000+ Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics lose fat, build muscle and improve their A1C score, without the need to suffer on unsustainable diets!
I've even been featured on Joe.co.uk and MyFitnessPal described as "the most sought-after Personal Trainer in London."
